Last week marked a major milestone in Washington: the first 100 days of President Donald Trump’s second term. House Republicans moved forward with our budget proposals to keep America on the path to prosperity, and advance Trump’s America FIRST agenda, the TAKE IT DOWN Act passed the House, and I had the honor of meeting with many of you from Texas’ 36th District.
In just 100 days, President Trump has taken quick action to undo the damage of the last four years and restore American strength. Illegal border crossings have dropped to historic lows, dangerous criminals are being deported in record numbers, inflation is easing, American companies are investing trillions back into our economy, energy production is booming, and gas prices are falling — proof that strong leadership works.

House Republicans are hard at work drafting one of the most consequential bills in American history — a sweeping plan to fully deliver on President Trump’s vision for our country and ensure his tax cuts are extended, preventing the largest tax hike in American history.
