Ryan Dagley, Commissioner Pct 4, held a Meet and Greet and Campaign Fundraiser at Trux Super Store on I-10 in Baytown this past Thursday evening. The Trux Super Store showroom was literally jammed packed with people from all over Chambers County. Outlaw country music played, healthy libations were served, and delicious edibles were available to all the guests.
It was obvious that Dagley has made quite a positive impression on the residents of Chambers County since he became commissioner on January 1, 2023. He told the crowd that he was “humbled and overwhelmed” by the massive show of support. Dagley professed that he loves his job and wants to continue to “better” everyone’s life in Chambers County. He thanked all the members of Commissioners Court for working together as a team to respond to the needs of the residents. Every elected countywide elected official was in attendance as well as numerous other elected officials. Barbers Hill ISD trustees were in attendance as well as City of Mont Belvieu elected officials.
The position of Commissioner Pct 4 will be on the November 2026 ballot as well as other countywide offices. Dagley said he will announce on December 1 his intentions for the 2026 election. The tremendous show of support for him last Thursday evening should help guide him decide which area of county government he feels he can best serve the people.
