Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report December 1, 2024 – December 7, 2024

There were 43 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between December 1 and December 6. These subjects included:

Ronald Rashad Hopkins, 01/31/1978, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 1 and was charged with terroristic threat of family/household.

Isai Miguel Cortes, 02/13/2003, of Old River Winfree. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 1 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounce.

Jennifer Denise Brooks, 12/13/1981, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 1 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Krystal Nichole Worrell, 11/15/1991, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on December 1 and was charged with criminal trespass.

Anthony Laurence Parker, 01/13/1991, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 1 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Shonda Shanette Warrior, 01/20/1974, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 2 on two outstanding bench warrants for engaging in organized crime and theft of property between $750 and $2,500.

Lora Jean Hill, 11/13/1976, of Hitchcock. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 2 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams

Ivette Esmeralda Salazarl, 02/10/1999, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on December 2 and was charged with possession of possession of marijuana lesson than 2 ounces.

William Lawless, 04/16/1988, of Cove. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 2 and was arrested on two outstanding warrants for criminal mischief and theft between $100 and $750.

Faustino Chavez, 02/15/1971, of Highlands. Arrested by DPS on December 2 and was charged with Driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 in vehicle.

Larry Donell Kiel, 02/24/1972, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 2 on an outstanding warrant for assault family/household member impeding breathing.

Shannon Murphy, 12/04/1992, Katy. Arrested by DPS on December 2 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams and with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Steven Russell, 03/05/1987, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on December 2 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams and with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Henry William Kober, 08/02/1991, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 3 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000.

German Lopez, 09/23/2000, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 3 on an outstanding warrant for aggravated sexual assault child.

Juan Antonio Vasquez, 01/14/1996, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 3 and was charged with illegal dumping 1,000 and 2,000 pounds.

Chelsea Leigh Jones, 10/07/1995, of Groves, Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 3 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Steven Eric Chandler, 11/26/1965, of Florida. Arrested by DPS on December 4 and was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC>=0.1.

Christopher Allen Fregia, 08/28/1995, of Liberty. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 4 on an outstanding warrant for engaging in criminal in organized in criminal activities while on probation.

Jason Christopher Landin, 07/16/1987, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 4 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for abandon/endanger child.

Matthew Jay Sunday, 08/13/1976, of Wallisville. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 4 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property less than $100 with a previous conviction.

Derek John Bartley, 05/01/1983, of Talum. Arrested by MBPD on December 5 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2^nd offense.

Brandy Kaye Moon, 06/22/1974, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 5 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Travis Doneta Speights, 12/14/1998, of Dankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 5 and was charged with assault family/household Impeding breathing.

Gerald Williams, 10/06/1981, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 5 and was charged with no driver’s license when unlicensed.

Anthony Laurence Parker, 01/13/1991, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 6 and was charged with  possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams and unlawful carrying weapon. Subject, also, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked.

Pierre Marquise Hawthorne, 10/28/1988., of Katy. Arrested by an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Brian Biesiadal. 01/07/1983, of NA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 6 on the following 8 warrants: an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for theft of a firearm, an outstanding warrant, theft of property between $60,000 and $250,000, false report, forgery, alter/falsify/forge title plate, buy/dispose/possess vehicle…/criminal impersonation.

Gage Lloyd Leath, 04/07/2006, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 6 and was charged with manslaughter and manslaughter.

Juan Mijares Mayorga, 10/23/1977, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 6 and was charged with theft of property.

Justin Garret Cook, 10/20/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by TPW on December 6 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated 2^nd offense while on probation.

Brandon Alfred, 08/21/1985, of Winnie. Arrested on an outstanding warrant on December on an outstanding warrant.

Sean Morse, 01/29/1987, of Jacksonville, Fl.  Arrested by DPS on December 6 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams.

Paula Gilmore, 10/23/1963, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 7 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Edison Lopez, 12/29/2004, of Katy. Arrested by MBPD on December 7 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than 400 grams.

Joshua Emanuel Castro Escoto, 09/20/2007, of Lafayette, LA. Arrested by a possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 200 and 400 grams.

Paul L. Johnson, 08/27/1971, of NA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 7 and was charged with criminal trespassing of a habitation shelter.

Joseph Alvarado Carcamo, 02/21/2005, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on December 7 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than 400 grams.

Hansel Osiell Sanchez, 05/21/2003/of Houston.  Arrested by MBPD on December 7 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 200 and 400 grams.

Blake Michael Russell, 10/22/1995, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on December 7 and was charged with assault family violence.
