Proverbs 9:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

Psalms 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever. 

I look back on my generation and the respect (fear) that most people had for God. I believe we need to bring these things back. I remember my mom grabbing me by the ear and escorting me to the front pew for acting up in church. 

I’ve seen many things change in 63 years. One thing that should never change is our respect for God. Remember God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  

God loves us so much and wants each one of us to turn to Him.  I spent so much time in life searching for riches, better jobs, and a better life. These things are nice but didn’t satisfy me. I found out life got so much better when I turned my life over to Jesus.
