East Chambers Buccaneers Devastate the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks 26-7

    What a come back from last week! The Bucs were on the road and they showed up to win. The EC Buccaneers traveled to Sour Lake on Friday, September 6th to take on the H-J Hawks, and what a game. The Bucs devistated the Hawks and brough home the 26-7 victory. 

   The Buccaneers were led by QB #3 KJ Fontenot with 4 of 8 passes for a total of 57 yards, 18 carries for a total of 111 yards, and one touchdown. 

   East Chambers rushed for a total of 271 yards. Rushing for the Bucs #4 E Ceasar with 12 carries for 65 yards;  #0 Jarrell Smith with 4 carries for 25 yards and 1 TD; #15 Ricardo Lopez with 3 carries for 20 yards; #11 Koby Jones with 6 carries for 42 yards and 1 TD; and #9 Tatum Brasseaux with 2 carries for 8 yards.

  Receiving for the Bucs: #0 Jarrell Smith with 2 receptions for 28 yards; #2 Colby West with 1 reception for 25 yards; and #10 Darius Edmondson with 1 reception for 4 yards.

    The Buccaneers were led defensively by: #7 Reid Todd with 5 solo tackles, and 3 assists; #14 Corbyn Moore with 5 solo tackles, 1 int, and 1 tackle for loss; #10 Darius Edmondson with 3 solo tackles, 3 assists, 1 int, and 1 tackle for loss; #11 Koby Jones with 2 solo tackles and 5 assists; #44 Sean Beighley with 1 solo tackle and 1 int; and #52 Aiden Baker with 3 solo tackles, and 2 assists.

   Kicking for the Bucs #6  Adan Garcia with 5 kickoffs (30, 20, 20, 37, 50); 2 punts (27,35); 2-3 extra points; and 0-2 field goals.

   The Buccaneers will host the Liberty Panthers on Friday, September 13th with kickoff at 7:30pm.
