East Chambers Boys Soccer Overall Record 8-1-1

The Bucs traveled to Lumberton Friday night to take on the Raiders. It was a battle of two state ranked teams.: #10 ranked Lumberton and #17 ranked East Chambers. The Raiders won the game by a score of 2-0.

The Bucs missed some scoring opportunities. They only managed 9 shots with 4 being on target.
Lumberton had 18 shots with 8 being on target.
Defensively the Bucs were led by Ricardo Lopez (6 steals), Mario Herrera (3 steals), Chris Chavez (2 steals), Franjcisci Granados (2 steals) and Cristian Moreno (1 steal).
Goalkeeper Alejandro Roca had 6 saves and 2 blocks.

The Bucs are off this week as they prepare to begin District play on Friday, February 7th as they travel to Liberty to take on the Panthers. Kick off for JV begins at 5:00pm and Varsity at 7:00pm. The Bucs will be back home on Tuesday, February 11th as they will host the Huffman Falcons. JV kicks off at 5:00pm and Varsity at 7:00pm.
