NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS – SMOKE TESTING

Trinity Bay Conservation District will begin conducting smoke testing on Wednesday, October
28, 2026, in the following areas of Winnie, Texas:

  • Meadow Lane
  • Evans Street
  • Meadowlark Lane
  • Meadowcroft Lane
  • The portion of Franzen Road adjacent to Meadowcroft Lane

 

Smoke testing is used to identify potential issues within the sewer system. We appreciate your
patience and cooperation as we work to maintain and improve our system.
