Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report September 21, 2025 – September 27, 2025

There were 40 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between September 21 and September 27. These subjects included:

Briana Spence, 11/16/1995, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 21 and was charged with public intoxication.

Kevin Olivar-Yanez, 07/02/1998, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on September 21 and was charged with aggravated robbery.

William Jordhamo, 03/29/1971, of Irving. Arrested by MBPD on September 22 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and false drug test falsification device. Subject, also, was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for ISB manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 400 and 200 grams.

Shashank Phadle, 11/03/1995, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Todd Armstrong Carter, 11/17/1988, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 22 on an outstanding warrant for aggravative robbery with a deadly weapon. Subject, also, was charged with capital murder.

­­­­Jacob Michael Abonza, 12/14/1993, of Cleveland. Arrested by BPD on September 22 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 gams.

Christopher Chase Coffelt, 05/03/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on September 22 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, gram.

TaDarius Levy, 01/27/2001, of Unkown (TN?). Arrested from a sheriff’s deputy on September 22 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for unauthorized use of vehicle.

Thomas Fleming, III., 06/08/1976, of Sparta, GA, Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 22 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Hector Ernesto Bruguera, 05/0/2008, of Mont Belvieu.  Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 23 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.

Alexus Michelle Domio, 07/11/1997, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 23 on an outstanding bench warrant for theft of service between $100 and $750.

Kyle Anthony Diamond, 05/21/1994, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 23 on four outstanding warrants for harassment, two outstanding warrants for burglary of vehicles while on probation, and on an outstanding warrant for election fraud.

Justin Kyle Sandley, 08/26/1980, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 23 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Eudella Rolier, 08/22/1979, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 24 and was charged possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than I gram.

Billy Charles Perran, 10/08/2007, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by MPDP on September 24 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Brandy Kay Lange, 12/10/1982, of Dayton, Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 24 on two outstanding bench warrants and was charged with theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000, and the other outstanding warrant was for burglary of building.

Autumn Wingate, 04/18/1973, of Huffmen. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 and was charged twice with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 and 4 grams on two warrants.

David Lee Taczek, 06/24/2005, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 on two outstanding warrants for false statement to law enforcement officer and insurance fraud between $2,500 and $30,000.

Sensae Andre Baldwin, 05/24/2005, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 on four outstanding warrants for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, engaging in organized criminal activity, credit card or debit card abuse, and theft of firearm.

Annalice Cozza, 01/24/1992, of Galveston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 on an 2 outstanding  warrants both are bond revoked and theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000.

Monique Shawnte  Simpson, 04/10/1986, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 and was charged with theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Juan Gabriel Mora, 08/09/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on September 25 on two outstanding warrants both are for theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Leonardo Flores Munoz, 05/30/1984, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 on an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child by sexual contact.

Carlous Deon Johnson, 11/06/1978, of Cove. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 for three outstanding warrants. 1 outstanding warrant for stalking and 2 outstanding warrants both for installation of tracking device.

Catrina Elizabeth Barrett, 10/16/1974, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 25 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams while on probation.

Aliyah Faith Miranda, 11/26/2001, of Angleton. Arrested by MBPD on September 26 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams., possession of marijuana, and prohibited substance/item in correctional facility.

Javier Rodriguez, 10/30/1978, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 26 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Donte Mack, 06/18/2002, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 26 on an outstanding warrant for engage in organized criminal activity.

Terrin Nicole Van Deventer, 04/08/1981, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 26 and was charged with enticing child away from custodian.

Gage Lloyd Leath, 04/07/2006, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 26 and was charged with manslaughter.

Francisco Gutierrez Juarez, 11/27/1987, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on September 27 for driving while intoxicated.

Adrian Flores, 08/08/2008, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on September 27 and was charged with accident involving damage to vehicle.

Trevor Austin Chambless, 03/05/1996, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 27 and was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC>=0.1.

Demetrio Vargas, 12/15/1987, of Pasadena. Arrested by MBPD on September 27 on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Justin Reed Richard, 01/24/1985, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy September 27 on an outstanding warrant for burglary of habitation.

Matthew Kendall Russum, 10/09/1989, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 27 on an outstanding warrant for continuous family violence.

Alan Abarca, 08/04/1997, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on September 27 on an outstanding warrant for unlawful restraint.

Brian Neftali Venegas, 03/26/1998, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on September 27 on two outstanding warrants for evading arrest/detention with vehicle and the second warrant is for smuggling of person five counts.
