Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report September 14, 2025 – September 20, 2025

There were 37 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between September 14 and September 20. These subjects included:

Kenneth Ray Gallow, 10/31/1987, of Orange. Arrested by DPS on September 14 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jesus Heredia, 02/15/1981, of Lufkin. Arrested by BPD on September 14 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Najiya Andre Green, 03/14/2005, of Port Arthur. Arrested by DPS on September 14 and was charged with accident involving dame to vehicle.

Kellen Dewayne Scott, 04/23/1985, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 14 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Tavione Terrell Gustave, 03/15/2002, of Napoleonville, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Mauricio Rangel, 05/22/1993, of Rosharon. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with driving while intoxicated and violate driver license restriction.

Cedric Brown, 11/12/2001, of Baton Rouge, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for evading arrest detention.

Brenda D. Thompson, 09/29/1950, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 on an outstanding warrant for cruelty non-livestockd:fail FAIL PRV/Abdn.

Christopher Scott Barton, 05/20/1979, of Liberty. Arrested by MBPD on September 15 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous convention conviction/suspension.

Dresden Jahleel Parker, 02/01/1995, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on September 15 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $2,500 land $30,000.

Tonua Swanya Weatherspoon, 02/21/1969, of La Porte. Arrested by DPS on September 15 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated 3^rd offense or more.

Janet Consuelo Schmidt, 02/10/1962, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with public intoxication.

Cesar Alejandro Lumbreras, 11/14/2003, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 on an outstanding warrant for sex offender’s duty to register for lifetime.

Dustin Michael St. Germain, 08/30/1989, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 3^rd offense or more.

Domonicka Lanay Joseph, 09/25/1995, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with criminal trespassing, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia.

Neville Brandt McCorkel, 05/21/1970, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 15 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Marqell Deonte Anderson, 04/16/1998, of Lake Charles. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 16 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana.

Troy Anthony Hightower, 08/31/1970, of League City. Arrested by MBPD on September 16 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Easton David Isaacks, 06/29/2000, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by MBPD on September 16 on four outstanding warrants for burglary of habitation, unlawful carrying of a weapon, theft of firearm. and left of firearm.

Tyler McNeese, 02/16/1993, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 17 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Joshua Aaron Garza, 09/11/1983, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 17 and was charged with assault Class C (threat) and public intoxication.

Keith Farve, 08/08/1978, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on September 18 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Miguel Aparicio, 06/16/1992, of Port Arthur. Arrested by DPS on September 18 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Patrick Levon Teal, 07/14/2001, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy  on September 18 on an outstanding warrant for fraud use/possession identifying info and on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft from person.

Latrice Lenae Laymond, 07/30/1994, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on September 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Sherman Lee Benson, Jr., 05/02/1986, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s on September 18 deputy on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked for assault.

Danericc Lamar Harris., 02/06/2006, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 18 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Jorge Eutimol Vela, 06/12/1981, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana between passion of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

Elijah Mondell Mitchell, 05/10/2005, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on September 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Gage Edwin Marshalll, 02/19/2005, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Ronald Lynn Walter, 08/25/1986, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 18 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Virgil Davis Ward, 04/05/1969, Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 19 on an outstanding warrant for evading arrest detention with vehicle. Warrant #2.

Savannah Suzanne Mitchell, 09/01/2003, of Lumberton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 19 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with child under 15 on the video.

Gage Lloyd Leath, 04/07/2006, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on September 19 and was charged with manslaughter.

Shandrica Marie Berfect, 10/11/1989, of Katy. Arrested by MBPD on September 20 on two outstanding warrants for theft of property between $750 and $2,500 and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Richard Allen Macyko 05/17/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on September 20 and was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and driving with license invalid with previous conviction.

Kevin Timothy Sitton, 04/14/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy and was charged with injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury.
