Steven AldayGonsales, 03/29/2002, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 11 and was charged with public intoxication.

Francisco Rangel, Jr., 12/26/2005, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on May 11 and was charged with reckless driving.
