Byron Potts, 10/08/1975, of Missouri City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 23 and was charged with public intoxication.

Shannon D. Wilturner, 11/30/2002, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on December 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Mardre Spikes, 11/15/2004, of Newton. Arrested by DPS on December 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.
