Ryan Holzaepfel, Coordinator of Chambers County Office of Emergency Management, introduced Mark Zotti to Commissioners Court as the new county liaison officer between the Texas Department of Emergency Management and the Chambers County Office of Emergency Management. Zotti will be tasked to ensure Chambers County will have direct access to TDEM in case of disaster in the county be they natural or manmade. Welcome to Chambers County, Mark!
