Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report May 18, 2025 – May 24, 2025

There were 62 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between May 18 and May 24. These subjects included:

Anthony Macleod-Colvin, 11/16/2004, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on May 18 and was charged with possession of a control substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Alex Torres Ramos, 08/06/2002, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on May 18 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Raymond Sherry Velazquez, 04/20/1978, of Alvin. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 18 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in vehicle.

Juan Hinojos, 09/22/1987, of Humble. Arrested by MBPD on May 18 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Donald Wayne Osage, 10/08/1965, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 18 on two outstanding warrants for failure to identify as fugitive intent to give false information and for parole violation.

Elijah Daniel Guzman, 05/25/2004, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on May 18 and was charged for possession of a control substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, reckless driving, and possession of a control substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

Vinh Tran Ngoc, 05/02/1965, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 19 and was charged with evading arrest detention with vehicle.

Nola Andrews, 09/18/2003, of Crosby. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 19 and was charged with disorderly conduct—Language.

Melton James Wilson, Jr., 07/31/1986, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on May 19 on an outstanding warrant for unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Adam Sam Gobert, 08/05/1989, of Cleveland. Arrested by DPS on May 19 on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

Tyesha Robinson, 10/16/1986, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on May 19 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for driving while intoxicated with child under 15 in vehicle.

Joseph Clayton Plante, 08/12/1984, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 19 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Donnel Lee Haskins, 02/18/1975, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 19 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Satia Sheree Miller, 05/21/1984, of San Antonio. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 19 and was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

John David Ayala, 06/01/1989, of Kingsville. Arrested by DPS on May 20 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Dagoberto Cabrera, 11/26/1995, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on May 20 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a control substance penalty group 1 gram. Subject, also, was charged with failure to identify and fugitive intent to give false information.

Jocelyn Catalia Cantu, 08/21/2007, of Pasadena. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 20 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Lily Hall, 03/29/2007, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on May 20 on an outstanding warrant and failure to appear for assault public servant.
