Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report February 16, 2025 – February 22, 2025

There were 52 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between February 16 and February 22. These subjects included:

Peter Lynn Avalos, 03/22/1986, of Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 16 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for driving while intoxicated.

Jesse Brock, 07/29/1981, of Frankston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 16 and was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle.

Troy Jordan Briggs, 08/02/1984, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 16 on two outstanding warrants both for injury of child/elderly/disabled.

Joseph Michael Flodung, 12/14/1978, of Cleveland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 and was charged with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Charyti Elizabeth Touchet, 09/17/2001, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury.

Joseph Israel Cerda, 12/25/1994, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on February 17 on two outstanding warrants both for failure to appear bail jumping.

Jerry Johnson, Jr., 11/17/1991, of Hammond, LA. Arrested by DPS on February 17 and was charged with false drug test falsification device.

Jacobe Wayne Poullard, 04/26/1986, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Alejandro Ibarra, 01/17/1975, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on February 17 on an outstanding warrant for condit release violation possession of a controlled substance.

Aaron Christopher Thomas, 07/28/1976, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams.

Paulina Valencia, 09/23/1999, of Highlands. Arrested by DPS on February 18 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in vehicle.

Justin Freeman Robbins, 02/27/1991, of Seabrook. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jessany Summer Burch, 09/09/2003, of Liberty. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked for fraudulent possession/use credit or debit card. Subject, also, was charged with escape causes bodily injury.

Daniel Hernandez, 12/24/2001, of Victoria. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 and was charged with possession of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Cory Aguillard, 01/22/1997, of Nederland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for assault family/household member impeding breathing.

Trevis Trentel Hudson, 08/24/2001, of Lafayette, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant for affidavit for release-evading arrest.

Ketrea Deseree Graves, 06/13/1981, of Channelview. Arrested by MBPD on February 18 on two outstanding warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous conviction.

Joshua David Pate, 05/30/1981, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 and was charged with assault family/household member impeding breathing.

Terence Killingsworth, 12/09/1988, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 on two outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures for theft by possession and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.

Earl Davis Whitney, 01/06/1992, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 on ten outstanding warrants. A bench warrant for criminal mischief between $100 and $750. A bond forfeiture for burglary of building. Four outstanding warrants for burglary of building. An outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for burglary of vehicles. Billy Roy Williams, Jr, 03/21/1974, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 21 and was charged for driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more.
