East Chambers Lady Bucs Basketball

  On Tuesday, January 27th, the Lady Bucs did not have to compete against the Kirbyville Lady Wildcats as the Lady Wildcats forfeited.

  The Lady Bucs then hosted the Warren Lady Warriors on Sarturday, January 31st and defeated the Lady Warriors 39-32. East Chambers lost to Warren on January 6th, but they didn’t allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buccaneers. East Chambers’ win bumped their record up to 21-10.

  Stats for the game: #3 Jimena Varags- 7pts, 3 steals, 8 rebounds; #4 Hallie Selby- 2pts, 1 steal, 6 rebounds; #5 Jayda Leday- 10pts, 1 block, 3 steals, 5 rebounds; #11 Karen Hernandez- 1 rebound #12- Presley Simino- 9pts, 1 steal, 10 rebounds; #21 Mikeala Quave- 11pts, 1 block, 2 steals, 3 rebounds; and #25 Jadynn Smith- 4 rebounds.

  The Lady Bucs traveled to Orangefield on Tuesday, February 3rd to take on the Orangefield Lady Bobcats. The Lady Bucs Senior Night will be held on Friday, February 6th when the Lady Bucs will host the Hardin Lady Hornets.
