“For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift—not from works, so that no one can boast.”
Ephesians 2:8–9
There are a lot of things we can get wrong in life, but when it comes to salvation—where we’ll spend eternity—we need to get it right. Our world runs on performance. You’re often only as good as your last win, your last success, your last effort. Everything feels earned.
But salvation doesn’t work that way.
Salvation is a free gift from God, made possible through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It’s not something we earn—it’s something we receive. Our part is simple: believe, trust, and put our faith in Him.
And here’s the honest truth—sometimes that’s hard. Sometimes faith doesn’t come easy. We may want to believe, but struggle to get there.
That’s where God meets us again.
Not only does He offer grace, but He also gives us the faith to believe. If you find yourself wanting to trust Him but struggling, just ask. Ask God to give you the faith you need—and He will.
He wants you with Him for eternity, and He has already provided everything necessary to make that possible.
