Lady Panthers Volleyball Remain First in District(District 4-0, Overall 22-14)

The Lady Panthers traveled to Buna on Tuesday, September 24th to take on the Lady Cougars and won 3-2 (25-17, 23-25, 21-25, 25-20, 15-12).

Stats for the game are as follows: #1 Ashton Rose 10 kills, and 15 digs; #2 Abby Foster 8 digs, and 27 assists; #3 Maylee Wilcox 3 kills; #5 Callie Henicke 2 digs; #7 Madison Willis 7 kills, and 1 block; #9 Gabby Palacios 2 aces, and 6 digs; #11 Cyann Cook 3 digs; #14 Avery Smith 4 digs; and #15 Meg Kreuzer 12 kills, 3 aces, 3 blocks, and 5 digs.

The Lady Panthers traveled to Kirbyville on Friday, September 27th as they too k on the Lady Wildcats and won again in a clean sweep (25-7, 25-20, 25-13).

Stats for the game are as follows: #1 Ashton Rose 7 kills, 1 ace, 3 digs, and 1 assist; #2 Abby Foster 9 aces, 6 digs, and 17 assists; #3 Maylee Wilcox 5 kills, and 1 dig; #5 Callie Henicke 4 digs; #9 Gabby Palacios 6 digs, and 1 assist; #11 Cyann Cook 1 kill, and 1 ace; #14 Avery Smith 2 digs, and 1 assist; and #15 Meg Kreuzer 7 kills, 3 aces, and 2 digs.

The Lady Panthers hosted Hardin on Tuesday, October 1st as they took on the Lady Hornets. The Anahuac Lady Panthers will be at home again on Friday, October 4th, as they host the Orangefield Lady Bobcats with the Varsity game starting at 4:30pm.
