Heat, Hustle, and Hard Work EC Buccaneers Summer Football Practices

  Your East Chambers Buccaneers have started practicing and are ready for the 2025 Football Season.

  The Buccaneers began with summer workouts in June and continued through July. The first day for on the field practices began August 4th.

  Your East Chambers Buccaneers are led by Head Coach, Coach Russ Sutherland. Most of the coaches have returned this season, but Coach Sutherland commented he added four new coaches to his football staff this year. All though we had a larger group of guys graduate in May 2025, Coach Sutherland is very hopeful for another successful season with mostly returning starters on both OL and DL.

  The EC Buccaneers will scrimmage the Beaumont Kelly Bulldogs this Thursday, August 14th at Beaumont Kelly with kickoff at 6:00pm.

  Coach Sutherland and the Buccaneers are hosting “Meet the Bucs” on Thursday, August 21st at 5:30pm. This will be held at Buccaneer Stadium. The Buccaneers will then scrimmage DeQuincy at 6:00pm at Buccaneer Stadium.
