Volleyball Recap: East Chambers Buccaneers vs. Kountze Lions

After losing to Kountze the last time they met, East Chambers decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Buccaneers put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday, October 14th. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Buccaneers.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 27-25, 26-24.

East Chambers’ win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Kountze, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 25-11.
