  On Tuesday, January 20th, the Lady Bucs traveled to Buna to take on the Lady Cougars and fell with a final score of 35-47.

  Stats for the game are as follows: #3 Jimena Vargas- 6 pts, 4 steals, 3 rebounds; #4 Hallie Selby- 2 pts, 4 assist, 1 steal, 3 rebounds; #5 Jayda Leday- 12 pts, 4 assist, 1 block, 4 steals, 5 rebounds; #12 Presley Simino- 6 pts, 2 assists, 1 steal, 3 rebounds;  #21 Mikeala Quave- 5 pts, 2 assists, 1 block, 4 steals, 4 rebounds; and #25 Jadynn Smith- 4 pts, 1 block, 6 steals.

  The Lady Bucs then hosted the Anahuac Lady Panthers on Friday, January 23rd and defeated the Lady Panthers 51-25. The Buccaneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

  Stats for the game are as follows: #3 Jimena Vargas- 5 pts, 1 assist, 1 block, 2 steals, 6 rebounds; #4 Hallie Selby- 4pts, 2 assists, 1 block, 2 steals, 5 rebounds; #5 Jayda Leday- 10 pts, 2 assist, 1 block, 2 steals, 3 rebounds; #11 Karen Hernandez- 1 pt, 1 steal, 4 rebounds; #12 Presley Simino- 2pts, 1 assist, 1 block, 1 steal, 5 rebounds; #21 Mikeala Quave- 17 pts, 2 assists, 3 blocks, 3 steals, 7 rebounds; and #25 Jadynn Smith- 12 pts, 1 assist, 6 steals, 5 rebounds.

  The East Chambers Lady Bucs victory bumped their record up to 20-10.

  The Lady Bucs traveled to Kirbyville on Tuesday, January 27th to take on the Kirbyville Lady Wildcats.   The East Chambers Lady Bucs will host the Warren Lady Warriors on Friday, January 30th with tip-off at 6:00pm. The Lady Bucs will be on the road again on Tuesday, February 3rd as they travel to Orangefield to take on the Orangefield Lady Bobcats with tip-off at 6:15pm. The Lady Bucs Senior Night will be held on Friday, February 6th when the Lady Bucs will host the Hardin Lady Hornets.
