Each year, Seniors celebrate their high school accomplishments with banquets for academics, athletics, and scholarships. One of the last celebrations before the Class of 2026 takes their final walk at graduation, is the Baccalaureate or Final Farewell Service. Family and friends gathered to honor the East Chambers High School Class of 2026 at the Baccalaureate service that was held on Sunday, May 17th at the ECHS Auditorium. Special music was performed by the St. Louis Catholic Church Ensemble and the First Baptist Church of Winnie’s Youth Worship Band. Senior Tyrus Bordelon and Senior Jason Janak, youth of Cornerstone Church of Winnie, said the prayers for the opening and closing. A heartfelt message for the Seniors, family, and friends was brought by Rev. Carl Vickery of Calvary Tabernacle, Winnie. “God first, others second, I’m third.”

Congratulations to the Class of 206! You did it!
