East Chambers Buccaneers Swim Teams Compete in McClain Sprint Meet

The East Chambers Swim Teams competed in Beaumont on Saturday, November 15th and although they were a bit short-handed, the Buccaneers showed up and gave it their all.
Highlights from today:
• Kalyssa Fontenot — 1st in the 50 freestyle and 1st in the 100 breaststroke
• Isaac Prescod (JV) — 3rd in the 50 freestyle and 1st in the 100 breaststroke
• Drew Frederick — 5th in the 50 freestyle and 6th in the 100 butterfly
• Jayla Coffey — 5th in the 100 breaststroke and 5th in the 50 freestyle.
• Chip Franklin — 3rd in the 200 freestyle
Coach Leslie Todd commented, “Proud of these kids for showing up, pushing through, and giving what they had today.”
The East Chambers Buccaneers Swim Teams will compete this week on Friday, November 21st in the Texas City Turkey Bowl.
