The East Chambers Buccaneers caged the Buna Cougars Friday, September 27th at Homecoming with a final score 34-6.
The Buccaneers were led by QB #3 KJ Fontenot with 3 of 4 passes for a total of 48 yards, and 3 carries for a total of 22 yards.
East Chambers rushed for a total of 324 yards. Rushing for the Bucs #0 Jarrell Smith with 5 carries for 144 yards, and 2 TD; #4 E Ceasar with 4 carries for 20 yards, and 1 TD; #9 Tatum Brasseaux with 4 carries for 31 yards; #11 Koby Jones with 6 carries for 44 yards; #14 Corbyn Moore with 3 carries for 30 yards and 1 TD; and #15 Ricardo Lopez with 2 carries for 33 yards, and 1 TD.
Receiving for the Bucs: #0 Jarrell Smith with 2 receptions for 37 yards; and #2 Colby West with 1 reception for 11 yards.
The Buccaneers were led defensively by: #52 Aiden Baker with 9 solo tackles, and 7 assists; #15 Ricardo Lopez with 6 solo tackles, and 4 assists; #1 Kyler Smith with 4 solo tackles, 4 assists, and 3TFL; #44 Sean Beighley with 6 solo tackles, and 1 assist; #12 Bryce Guillory with 2 solo tackles, and 5 assist; #10 Darius Edmonson with 4 solo tackles, and 2 assists; #24 Luke Hampton with 3 solo tackles, and 2 assists.
