Taylor Evans LeDoux, FNP-C joins Coastal Gateway Health Center

WINNIE, Texas (Month 2025) Coastal Gateway Health Center announces that Taylor Evans LeDoux, APRN, FNP-C has joined the health center as medical provider. 

Taylor received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.  She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and was a nurse for four (4) years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.  “My passion for people was my reason for pursuing a nursing degree in the first place.  People need providers who truly care about them, and I feel honored to serve my community in this role,” states Taylor LeDoux.     

Taylor was raised in the Winnie-Stowell community since age 13 and is a proud graduate of East Chambers Independent School District.  She is married to her college sweetheart, Grayson LeDoux, and together they have a two (2) year old daughter, Charlotte.  Taylor and her family currently live in Fannett and are active members of Cornerstone Church in Winnie.  She enjoys reading and spending time with family.   

Her schedule will open for patients in early January 2026.   Chief Medical Officer for the health center, Dr. Michael Lyons stated, “We are thrilled to welcome Taylor to the Coastal Gateway Health Center team. Her deep roots in this community and her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care reflect the very values our health center stands for. Taylor’s addition strengthens our ability to serve the families of southeast Texas with excellence and heart.”

Coastal Gateway Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike (FQHC LAL) located in the community of Winnie-Stowell and serving patients from various neighboring communities in southeast Texas.  The health center accepts private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, as well as offering a sliding fee discount to qualified patients.
