Coastal Gateway Health Center Hosts August Senior Citizen Get Together Luncheon

  It was a good turn out for the monthly Winnie-Stowell Senior Citizen Get Together Luncheon held on Thursday, August 14th. The luncheon was hosted by Coastal Gateway Health Center and was held at the Winnie-Stowell Community Building. Kaley Smith and Janci Burleson with Coastal Gateway Health Center visited with attendees and served a Thanksgiving themed meal. These Senior citizens look forward to the monthly get togethers for the good food, fellowship, and dominos/ games.

  The next Senior Citizen Get Together will be held on September 11th from 11:00am – 2:00pm at the Winnie Community Building, 335 S Park St, Winnie. Lunch and drinks are provided. EMS will provide blood pressure checks. For rides and questions, call Commissioner Gore’s office at 409-267-2644.
