Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report June 8, 2025 – June 14, 2025

There were 51 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between June 8 and June 14. These subjects included:

Kimberly Carlette Franklin, 02/17/1979, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 8 and was charged with aggravated assault date/family/household member.

David Angel Adair, 11/30/2002, of Stillwater, OK. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams.

Odilon Martinez, 02/07/2001, of Lafayette, LA. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC>=0.1.

Michael Joseph Zeno, Jr., 10/01/1995, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Devin James Thompson, 04/25/2001, of Old River Winfree. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Servando Eloy De La Sanona, 04/22/2004, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 8 and was charged with public intoxication.

Destiny Gabrielle Garcia, 05/10/2000, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Lauren Michele Miles, 11/26/1985, of Baton Rouge, LA. Arrested by DPS on June 8 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, driving while intoxicated, and resisting arrest, search, or transport.

Nathan Randall Bryant, 02/03/1972, of Unknown. Arrested by MBPD on June 8 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Whitney Ray Byrom, 04/15/1994, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 9 and was charged with bond revoked and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

David Hernandez, 04/20/1994, of Manvel. Arrested by DPS on June 9 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jacob Dennis Willey, 02/15/1989, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 9 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

James Edward Oliver, Jr., 06/30/1978, of Texas City. Arrested by DPS on June 9 and was charged with duty on striking fixture/highway landscape, driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, false drug test falsification device, and possession of a dangerous drug.

Jamie Nicole Vincent, 10/20/2004, of Morse, LA. Arrested by DPS on June 10 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

Brandon Joseph Richardson, 10/19/1992, of Kountze. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 10 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated BAC>=0.1.

Gerardo Herrera, 09/22/1972, of Cleveland. Arrested by MBPD on June 10 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Antwi Kofi Amoako, 03/07/2003,of Columbus, OH. Arrested by DPS on June 10 and was charged with reckless driving and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Timothy Joe Minehart, 09/27/1975, of Columbus, OH. Arrested by DPS on June 10 and was charged with fraudulent possession/use credit or debit card, fraudulent possession/use credit or debit card, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Ivette Neveah Cantu, 02/13/2004, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 10 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Xavier Lightfoot Gamboa, 12/07/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on June 10 on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon while on probation.

Harlee Marie Colley, 08/05/1998, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 10 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for criminal trespassing.

Nelson Calderon, 02/22/2001, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on June 10 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Steven Raymond Foster, 05/07/1995, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 10 on eight outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and four were for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Subject, also, was charged with manufacture deliver of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams and manufacture deliver of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Samantha McKay Verkey, 10/18/1985, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 11 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Heather Rene Adams, 10/15/1976, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 11 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Michael Bartley Estes, 07/02/1988, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 11 on three outstanding warrants for delivery of marijuana between ¼ ounce and 5 pounds, accident involving serious bodily injury, and driving while intoxicated.

Terrance Dewayne Faultry, 07/21/1988, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 11 on two outstanding warrants for terroristic threat family/household member and criminal mischief between $100 and $750.

Terry Jerome Bush, 02/09/1980, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on June 11 and was charged with accident involving damage to vehicle.

Korey Scott Pitre, 05/21/1993, of Old River. Arrested by MBPD on June 11 on an outstanding warrant for bail jumping and failure to appear.

Johnathan Ethan Soileau, 03/05/2005, of Breaux Ridge, LA. Arrested by MBPD on June 11 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawful carrying weapon.

Janice Lee Nash, 06/03/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 11 and was charged with theft of property between $100 and $750.

Luke Eston Martin, 10/14/1998, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 and was charged with evading arrest detention with vehicle.

Lisa Lewis Anderson, 01/28/1976, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Robert Joseph Tevay, III., 09/26/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Richard Gilchrist, 12/14/1971, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated 2^nd offense BAC>=0.15.

Ashley Elizabeth Walker, 03/01/1988, of Vidor. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 on three outstanding warrants all while on probation for possession of a dangerous drug, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1.

Steven Raymond Foster, 05/07/1995, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 12 on an outstanding warrant for parole violation.

Justin Tyler Alexander, 02/01/1995, of Old River. Arrested by MBPD on June 13 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for criminal trespassing.

Everardo Teran, 11/01/1984, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 13 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Joshua Wayne Massengale, 10/02/1986, of Orange. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 13 on an outstanding warrant for perjury.

Michael Anthony Graddy, 07/04/1995, of Orange. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 13 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram while on probation on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Justin Ross Spigener, 02/19/1986, of Pasadena. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 13 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Korina D’liliah Smith, 11/22/2006, of Humble. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 13 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Andres Rocha-Garcia, 11/10/1982, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 14 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Chad Allen Hamilton, 10/13/1980, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on June 14 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.
