There were 48 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between June 22 and June 28. These subjects included:
Troy Baxter Stelly, 09/06/1990, of Winnie. Arrested by DPS on June 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Jason Werlein, 04/26/1986, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Manuel Mendezvivas, 02/24/2003, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Mikhail Kareem Thomas, 10/11/1995, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Jacob Dennis Willey, 02/15/1989, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 22 and was charged with public intoxication.
Brock Sterling Lambert, 06/03/1991, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.
Charles Wayne Pickering, 05/07/1989, of Port Neches. Arrested by DPS on June 22 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.
Ivan Torres, 04/21/2001, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on June 23 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.
Abigail Ceja, 10/08/2000, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 23 on an outstanding warrant for cruelty non-livestock fail PRV/ABDN/TR.
Jalen Kerlon Shepherd, 06/22/1994, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 23 and was charged with theft of property between $750 and $2,500.
Geraldo Ramon Garcia, 04/07/1988, of Unknown. Arrested by MBPD on June 23 on two outstanding warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity and attempt to commit burglary of building. Subject, also, was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle, theft of property between $750 and $2,500, and burglary of vehicles.
Matthew Flores, 12/21/2000, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 23 on two outstanding warrants and indictments both for theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000.
Terrance Reed, 07/08/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on June 23 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.
Deianna Gruver, 06/07/1986, of Huffman. Arrested by MBPD on June 23 on two outstanding warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
Devonte West, 01/25/1996, of Independence, LA. Arrested by DPS on June 23 and was charged with evading arrest detention with vehicle.
Zachary Billingsley, 11/11/2003, of Crosby. Arrested by MBPD on June 24 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Melanie Ann Breckman, 03/09/2004, of Crosby. Arrested by MBPD on June 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.
Jaime Cardenas, 10/01/1996, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on June 24 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
Paige Alexandria Sidney, 08/21/2000, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 24 on two outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures for driving while intoxicated 2nd offense and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. And, an outstanding warrant for violation of bond conditions for driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.
Lejontae Tyrell Humphrey, 05/27/1997, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 24 on an outstanding warrant, bond forfeiture and indictment for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.
Vincent Joseph Rashid, 08/26/1970, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 24 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000 while on probation.
Jonathan Scott, 05/25/1983, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on June 24 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams while on probation.
Justin Lawrence Ponder, 08/29/1980, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by MBPD on June 24 on an outstanding warrant for terroristic threat of family/household member.
Lamark Williams, 06/05/1991, of Lafayette, LA. Arrested by DPS on June 24 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Arrested by DPS on June 24 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Arrested by MBPD on June 26 and was charged with theft of property between $100 and $750, engaging in organized criminal activity, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and prohibited substance/item in correctional facility.
Mariah Lynn Mann, 10/29/1991, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on June 26 and was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams, and theft of property between $100 and $750.
