Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report July 6, 2025 – July 12, 2025

Daisy Sandoval Garza, 02/03/1987, of Hankamer. Arrested by DPS on July 6 on an outstanding warrant for duty on striking fixture/highway landscape.

Mikeal Sylus Larkin, 10/23/2005, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 6 on an outstanding warrant for criminal trespassing.

Jayden Skylar Cloud, 10/19/2004, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on July 6 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Jamie Salas-Guiterrez, 05/19/1993, of Channelview. Arrested by MBPD on July 6 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury.

Collin Lane Barefoot, 03/06/2003, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on July 7 and was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC>=0.1.

Brian Kale Jones, 01/30/1998, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams while on probation.

James David Bradley, 05/20/1951, of Wallisville. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Brian Paul Miller, 06/07/2006, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on an outstanding warrant for theft of firearm while on probation.

Nicholas William Garthwaite, 02/13/1984, of League City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on two outstanding warrants and indictments for violation of bond/protective order and burglary of habitation.

Ulises Antonio Lainez, 03/06/1991, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on six outstanding warrant for abandon/endanger child with intent and four outstanding warrants for injury to chil/elderly/disabled.

James Hairm Dobbs, 07/20/1985, of Belton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on an outstanding warrant for driving with license invalid with previous conviction suspension.

Alma Hernandez, 05/11/1988, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 on two outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and unauthorized use of vehicle.

Estephanie Michelle Pineda, 11/27/1995, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 and was charged with bond forfeiture on possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, display expired registration, and possession of marijuana less that 2 ounces.

William Enrique Gladamez, 0/19/1994, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and unlawful possession of a firearm by felon.

Karl Juhanni Koivula, 06/20/1961, of Lumberton. Arrested by DPS on July 7 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Addison Hair-Guerrero, 02/12/2001, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 and was charged with DOM A&B.

Misti Munk, 04/09/1979, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 and was charged with stealing.

Luis Alvarez, 12/25/1985, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 7 and was charged with probation violation.

Christopher Patrick Dorsey, 08/24/1989, of New Orleans, LA. Arrested by DPS on July 7 and was charged with manufacture deliver a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than 400 grams and money laundering between $30,000 and $150,000.

Joseph Ryan Stockwell, 09/29/1987, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 8 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Khamvilay Cartagena-Gonzalez, 11/26/1987, of Trenton, NJ. Arrested by MBPD on July 8 on an outstanding warrant or failure to appear. Subject, also, was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle and evading arrest detention with vehicle.

Troy Hightower, 08/31/1970, of League City. Arrested by MBPD on July 8 and was charged with theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Daevon Fuqua, 02/01/2001, of Seguin. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 8 on outstanding warrant and indictment for deadly conduct discharge firearm. Subject, also, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for deadly conduct discharge firearm and false statement to peace officer.

Dale Devon Damond, 08/04/1998, of Carencro, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 8 on two outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams and unauthorized use of vehicle. Subject, also, has an outstanding warrant for evading arrest attention with vehicle.

Anthony Wade Adams, 02/05/1986, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on 07/08/1986, of Anahuac on an outstanding bench warrant for burglary of habitation. Subject, also, had three outstanding warrants for violation of bond/protective order. And, subject was charged with violation of bond/protective order 2+ times.
