Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report August 24, 2025 – August 30, 2025

There were 65 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between August 24 and August 30. These subjects included:

Skler Michelle Thompson, 07/31/2003, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 24 and was charged with public intoxication.

Steven Michael Garza, 08/22/1983, of Raywood. Arrested by MBPD on August 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Johnny Gene Craig, 11/14/1972, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Destiny Nicole Theriot, 08/01/1999, of Liberty. Arrested by MBPD on August 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Josue Benitez, 12/29/2004, of Porter. Arrested by MBPD on August 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.

David Benitez, 09/27/2003, of Porter. Arrested by MBPD on August 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounce.

Willian Rodriguez, 12/30/1981, of Missouri City. Arrested by BPD on August 24 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in vehicle.

Welton Vanhowten, 02/07/1984, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 24 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Melissa Almedia, 10/23/1990, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 24 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury, evading arrest detention, and prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility.

Cynthia Magers, 12/22/1969, of Willis. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 on an outstanding warrant for harassment.

Jessica Marie Barbosa, 06/08/1961, of Crosby. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 on an outstanding warrant for failure to comply sex offender duty to register.

Franklyn Rubert Toussaint, 10/06/1968, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for robbery.

Javius Wilshawn Mikeli, 05/28/2001, of Prentiss, MS. Arrested by DPS on August 25 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a dangerous drug. Subject, also, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Donna Leigh Strange, 07/26/1978, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams while on probation. Subject, also was charged with a bond forfeiture and outstanding warrant for terroristic threat Family/Household member.

Sherman Lee Benson, Jr., 05/02/1986, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 on two outstanding warrants for abandon/endanger child and continuous family violence.

Bennie Wayne Kirkland, Jr., 09/12/1964, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 25 and was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle.

William Francis Erickson, III., 09/10/1976, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 grams.

Thurman Winrow, 10/06/1990, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 25 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Janice Lee Nash, 06/03/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 26 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury. Subject, also, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and false drug test falsification  device.

Minkah Readus, 08/06/2001, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on an outstanding warrant for harassment of public servant.

Damont Anthony Meredith, 06/16/1998, of Garysville, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on an outstanding warrant for unauthorized use of vehicle while on probation.

Shanitra Edwards, 06/26/1991, of Cypress. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on three outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures  for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, unauthorized use of vehicle, and unlawful carry of weapon.

William Perkins Wright, IV., of Old River Winfree. Arrested by MBPD on August 26 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Spencer Fitzgerald Pernell, 11/11/1963, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on August 26 on two outstanding warrants for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information and forgery of financial instrument.

Brittany Nicole Hollevina, 09/22/1987, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on two outstanding warrants for assault causes bodily injury and criminal mischief between $100 and $750.  Subject, also, was arrested for criminal mischief.

Marion Gilbert, 10/22/1966, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 and was charged with public intoxication.

Maria Guadalupe Baltierrez, 04/11/2003, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Kyle Anthony Diamond, 05/21/1994, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on an outstanding warrant for harassment.

Dana Keith Gray, 08/01/1981, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 on an outstanding bench warrant for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces And, on three outstanding warrants for possession of marijuana while on probation, driving with license invalid, and driving without insurance.

Isaiah Marquis Cartwright, 10/18/2004, of Channelview. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 26 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Isaac Isaiah Olvera, 06/17/2005, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 26 and was charged with unlawful carrying of weapon.

Sergio Sanchez Liera, 10/24/1991, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Jermichael Moore, 08/31/1988, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 on two outstanding warrants for assault causes bodily injury family member and interference with emergency call.

Brayan Cantor-Feria, 09/04/2003, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Victor Lorenzo Reyes, 10/27/1993, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 on an outstanding warrant for violating bond/protective order.

Eddie Douglas Robinson, 12/15/1990, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 on an indictment for aggravated robbery. Subject, also, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000.

Sabrenia Tarver, 01/23/1971, of Dayton. Arrested by DPS on August 27 on four charges for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, 2 charges for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4, and for possession of a dangerous drug.

David Louis Smith, 08/28/1962, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Shane Corbitt Strickland, 09/19/1980, of Lufkin. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 27 on an outstanding warrant for bail jumping and failure to appear.

Alfred Emmitt Thomas, Jr., 09/25/1967, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28  on an outstanding warrant for striking unattended vehicle.

Richard W. Bergeron, 01/22/1970, of  Dayton. Arrested by DPS on August 28 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Christopher Keith Radley, 10/20/1984, of Sour Lake. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for evading arrest detention with vehicle.

David Clarence Pinkney, 10/22/1982, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28 and was charged with theft of property between $100 and  $750.

Darryl Hardy, 01/16/1997, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28 on an outstanding warrant for manufacture delivery possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Adolfo Dehuma Hernandez, 01/19/1993, of Humble. Arrested by MBPD on August 28 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous convictition/suspension.

Jared Wayne Hampton, 12/11/1990, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28 and was charged with stalking.

Donald Austin Sandefer, 12/01/1979, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 28 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Jessy Ramirez, 12/24/1997, of Donna. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container(s) in vehicle.

Mischel Lara, 10/21/1996, of Mission. Arrested by DPS on August 29 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Hector Lopez, Jr., 07/31/1992, of Pearland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000.

Jessica Hernandez, 09/14/1993, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 on an outstanding warrant for evading arrest detention with vehicle while on probation.

Jon Sonnier, 06/01/1970, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 and was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon with felony conviction.

Javius Wilshawn Mikell, 05/28/2001, of Prentiss, MS. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 on an outstanding warrant for murder.

Anthony Dewayne Smith, 07/02/2003, of Natchez, M. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 and was charged with delivery offer to deliver danger drug and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

John Patrick Tarver, 10/31/1974, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on  August 29 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for assault causes bodily injury family member.

Shannon Deann Powell, 12/16/1988, of Dayton. Arrested by DPS on August 29 on two outstanding warrant for failure to appear—theft and possession of a controlled substance while on probation. Subject, also was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, between 1 and 4 grams, failure to identify fugitive intent, and fraudulent use/possession of identify info.

Damont Anthony Meredith, 06/16/1998, of Garysville, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 on an outstanding warrant for failure to identify give false/fictional information.

Kyle Anthony Diamond, 05/21/1994, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 29 on an outstanding warrant for violating bond/protective order.

Tu Van Dinh, 09/05/1989, of Manvel. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 30 on an outstanding warrant for fraudulent  use/possession of identifying information.

Ricardo Estrada, 11/22/1989, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 30 and was charged with public intoxication.

Kenneth Scott Nettles, 12/18/1968, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by MBPD on August 30 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.

Issac Doyces Durbin, 11/20/2005, of Crosby. Arrested by MBPD on August 30 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.

Keith Edwin Kristoff, 10/10/1969, of Dayton. Arrested by TPW on August 30 and was charged with boating while intoxicated second offense.

Derek Michael Mayton, 01/05/1993, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 30 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury.
