Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Arrests Report August 17, 2025 – August 23, 2025

There were 39 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between August 17 and August 23. These subjects included:

Tremaine Johnson, 11/18/1987, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 17 on an outstanding warrant for parole violation. Subject was also charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, tamper w identification numbers, and unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

Enzo Montes, 07/09/1991, of Pearland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 17 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Christopher Wallen, 12/19/1997, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 17 and was charged with public intoxication.

Leonel Aguilar, 06/15/1984, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 17 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container(s) in vehicle.

Gabrielle Merie Gracia, 03/26/1997, of Conroe. Arrested by DPS on August 17 on an outstanding warrant for criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.

Frances Sims, 04/14/1965, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 18 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Francisco Javier Alvares, 02/09/1989, of Channelview. Arrested by BPD on August 18 on an outstanding warrant for evading arrest detention with vehicle. Subject, also, was charged with evading arrest detention with vehicle, abandon/endanger child individual immunity, and unlawful possession of a firearm by felon.

Johnnie Patrick Pustka, III., 07/16/1979, of Richmond. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 18 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated 3^rd offense or more while on probation.

Francisco Javier Alvarez, 02/09/1989, of Channelview. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 18 on immigration hold.

Shay Bradley Derouen, 06/19/1991, of Lafayette, LA. Arrested by DPS on August 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams.

Raul Lares, 03/13/1981, of Highlands. Arrested by MBPD on August 18 on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

Prabhu Velayutham, 09/06/1983 of Pearland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 18 and was charged with theft of trade secrets.

Jon Michael Ortegon, 08/22/2003, of Sugarland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 18 and was charged with assault of pregnant person.

Valente De Jesus, Vasquez, 02/13/1998, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on August 19 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Jose Saul Lopez, 06/20/2001, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 19 on two outstanding warrants for criminal mischief between $100 and $750 and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram while on probation.

Cameron Keith Taylor, 06/28/1993, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 19 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams. Also, arrested on an outstanding warrant for criminal trespass-failure to appear.

Devon Xavier Moore, 01/20/1987, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on August 19 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Ieevan Zumatto, 08/08/1979, of St. George, SC. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 19 and was charged with possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

Gilmar Antonio Magarin, 10/30/1998, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 19 and was charged with driving while intoxicated and no driver’s license—when unlicensed.

Anthony A. Bourque, 04/22/1985, Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 19 and was charged with assault Class C.

David Clarance Pinkney, 10/22/1982, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on August 19 and was charged with fleeing police officer and theft under $100.

Loren Bright, 02/18/1984, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on August 19 and was charged with theft of property less than $100 with previous convictions.

Devin Jones, 02/02/1996, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on August 19 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Michael LeRoy Schwab, 07/26/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on August 20 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Darion Davon Mitchell, 10/29/1997, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 20 on two warrants for duty on striking fixture/highway and failure to drive in single lane.

Mickey Maris James, 07/17/1966, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on August 20 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1.

Rickey Dewayne Anderson, 08/01/1982, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 20 on an outstanding warrant for harassment with previous conviction.

Adrian Jacob, 05/19/1966, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 on an outstanding warrant for theft greater than or equal to $750.

Quentin Germaine Frank, 11/28/1983, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 and was charged with possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds.

Forryst Sebistan Henney, 04/01/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 on three outstanding warrants for engaging in organized criminal activity, burglary of habitation, and theft of poperty between $30,000 and $150,000

Jessica Marie Barbosa, 06/06/1961, of Crosby. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 on three indictments and outstanding warrant all for failure to comply sex offender’s duty to register.

Selena Yvonne, 04/19/1999, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 on an outstanding for assault public servant.

Brittany Lynn Guthrie, 07/31/1987, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 21 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2^nd offense.

Brandon Alberto Ramos, 11/23/1999, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 22 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family.

Jamyon Amontie Pickney, 07/23/1998, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 22 on two outstanding warrants and bond failures for failure to identify fugitive intent to give false information and possession of marijuana between 4ounces and 5 pounds.

Summer Joanna Jewell Casey, 05/24/1990, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 22 on two outstanding warrants for theft of property and theft less than $2,500 with 2 or more convictions.

Bennie Wayne Kirklands, Jr., 09/12/1964, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 23 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous suspension/conviction.

Alexis Rose Shoemaker, 08/19/2001, of Hankamer. Arrested by DPS on August 23 and was charged with duty on striking fixture/highway landscape.

Kyle Smith, 02/03/1995, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 23 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member.
