Chambers County Sheriff Brian Hawthorne Records Week of November 9, 2025 – November 15, 2025

There were 40 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between November 9 and November 15. These subjects included:

Angel Cristobal Vasquez, 03/25/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 9 and was charged with deadly conduct discharge firearm and unlawful carrying of weapon.

Joseph Ray Gonzales, 04/24/1988, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 9 and was charged with public intoxication.

Jeremy Garcia, 05/23/1987, of Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 9 and was charged with public intoxication.

Carlos Jose Garcia, Jr., 10/25/1981, of Hankamer. Arrested by TPW on November 9 on four outstanding warrants for theft of property between $100 and $750 while on probation, criminal trespassing;, an indictment for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Subject, also, was charged with fraudulent possession/use of credit or debit card and resisting arrest, search, or transport.

Richard Allen Macyko, 05/17/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 10 on two outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures for possession of a dangerous drug and driving while license invalid.

Robert Anthony Ramirez, 06/04/1993, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 10 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft of a firearm.

Kevin Lubin, 07/01/1999, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 10 on three outstanding warrants for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, four outstanding warrants for credit or debit card abuse, an outstanding warrant fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, and two outstanding warrants for credit card or debate card abuse.

Cynthia Magers, 12/22/1969, of Willis.  Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 10 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.

Carlton J. Alexander, 10/22/1987, of Port Arthur. Arrested by DPS on November 10 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jesus Lara, 05/02/1996, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 11 on an outstanding warrant for indecency with a child by sexual contact.

Stephen Dewayne Davis, 12/15/1981, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 11 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams while on probation.

Larry Nunez, 06/15/1982, of Nederland. Arrested by DPS on November 11 and was charged with reckless driving.

Faustino Chavez, 02/15/1971, of Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’ deputy on November 11 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.

David Davenski Chapman, 07/01/1989, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 11 on two outstanding warrants for theft less than $100 with previous conviction and unauthorized use of vehicle in Jefferson.

Krystal Nichole Worrell, 11/15/1991, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on November 12 and was charged with criminal trespass.

Sharon Marie Isidore, 10/19/1987, of Slidell, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Bobby Ray Roberson, 12/09/1961, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated while on probation.

Brianne Nichole Hunter, 08/16/1980, of Kinderville, IN. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and an indictment for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Jordan Provost, 08/09/1992, of Missouri. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 on an outstanding warrant for criminal trespassing.

Lee Aaron George, 05/17/1979, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on November 12 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Angela Catherine Turner, 01/01/1978, of Crosby. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

John Mayo Bigham, 02/09/1968, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 12 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension and sex offenders duty to register for their lifetime.

Jay Miller, 03/30/1996, of Missouri City. Arrested by DPS on November 12 on two outstanding warrants and bond forfeitures for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information and forgery government/national/institution/money.

Mikeal Sylus Larkin, 10/23/2005, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 13 on two outstanding warrants for burglary of habitation and theft of property between $750 and $2,500.

Tyler Brice Williams, 11/11/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 13 on an outstanding warrant for theft between $100 and $750.

Robert Joseph Tevay, III., 09/26/1982, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 13 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.

Allen Ray Williams, Jr., 12/09/1970, of Crosby. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 13 on an outstanding warrant for sex offender’s duty to register.

Jessica Danielle Martinez, 03/30/1990, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 13 and was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and unlawful carrying of weapon.

Robert Shane Brixey, 11/14/1984, of Prairieville, LA. Arrested by DPS on November 14 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Torron Dayvon Giacona, 09/07/2001, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 14 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Jerrell Anay Edwards, 02/16/1996, of New Roads, LA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 14 on two outstanding warrants both for theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Hugh Sims, 06/27/1984, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 15 on four outstanding warrants one for aggravated sexual assault with child and three for indecency with a child by sexual conduct.

Jasenia Hernandez, 09/14/1993, of Baytown. Arrested by sheriff’s deputy on November 15 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury family member.

Miles Dean Norris, 07/23/1993, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 15 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for assault family/household member.

Troy Wayne McGee, 10/03/1964, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 15 on two outstanding warrants for terroristic threat cause fear of bodily injury and burglary of habitation.
