There were 32 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between November 16 and November 22. These subjects included:

Phillip Shaine Murphy, 08/23/1991, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on November 16 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.

Robert Lee Mency, 11/20/1984, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 16 for a parole violation.

Javier Jose Garza, 01/02/1981, of Wallisville. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 16 on an outstanding warrant for evading arrest/detention in Harris County. Subject, also, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle.

Tyleigh Nicole Fuselier, 05/08/1990, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 16 and was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle.

Christopher John Baker, 03/03/1978, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 16 and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Macario Cruz, 11/15/1990, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 17 on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault of a police officer with a gun.

Justin James Garthwaite, 08/04/1989, of Peidmont, SC. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 17 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury family member.

Z’Ontez Theotis Isiac Kinchelow, 06/27/2008, of Convington, GA. Arrested by DPS on November 17 and was charged with failure to identify giving false/fictitous information.

Ralph Earl Gray, 01/06/1999, of Rosewood. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 18 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000 while on probation.

Justin Lee Hulsey, 01/05/1981, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 18 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Xavier Turner, 06/11/1989, of Humble. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 18 on an outstanding warrant possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than or equal to 400 grams while on probation.

Patricia Ann Boyd, 01/05/2004, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on November 18 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

James Seith Grubbs, Jr., 03/03/1976, of Livingston. Arrested by MBPD on November 19, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, theft of firearm, engaging in organized criminal activity, burglary of building, theft of property greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, theft of property greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Virgil Davis Ward, 04/05/1969, of Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 19 and was charged with evading arrest detention, evading arrest detention with vehicle, and unauthorized use of vehicle.

Ricardo de Angello Kelly, 01/23/1992, of Port Arthur. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 19 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Jeremy James Batiste, 02/10/1981, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 19 on an outstanding warrant for burglary of vehicles with previous 2 or more convictions.

Bridgette Nanette Bocian, 03/25/1985, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on November 19 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Daniel Gonzalez, 05/05/2000, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 20 on two outstanding warrants for assault family/household member impeding breathing.

Ramsi Nicole Clawson, 10/14/1985, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on November 21 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Timothy Lee Johnson, 08/25/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on November 21 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Subject, also, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Cristino Netro-Martinez, 07/24/1960, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 21 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 3^rd offense or more.

Darren Kristopher Tamble, 04/13/1997, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 21 on an outstanding warrant for assault of hospital personnel.

James Daniel Williams, 03/18/1971, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 21 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 3r offense or more.

Enrique Osvaldo Lopez, 03/03/2004, of Spring. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 21 on an outstanding warrant for parole violator.

Efrain Aleman Lira, 08/10/2001, of Alvin. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 22 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Martin Adrian Cruz, 03/05/1983, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on November 22 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in vehicle.
