Roberto Castillo, Jr., 03/26/1987, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on February 15 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.

Belem Martinez, 07/01/2002, of Houston. Arrested by BPD on February 15 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

George Brandon Royce, 08/25/2002, of Mont Belvieu. Arrested by BPD on February 15 and was charged with unlawful carrying of weapon, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

Bentavius Banks, 06/01/1997, of Jackson, MI. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 15 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury of a family member.

Anthony Cain Thibodeaux, 04/14/1972, of Winnie . Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 15 and was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Andra Joseph Mouton, 09/14/1985, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 15 and was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams.

James Joseph, 08/25/1971, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 16 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a dangerous.

Trevon Lavar Gardner, 03/08/1995, of Humble. Arrested by DPS on February 16 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, and theft of firearm.

Michael Alexander Salazar-Cruz, 03/24/2003/ of Houston. Arrested by DPS on February 17 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Renee Joseph, 04/14/1982, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 and was charged with assault family/household member impeding breathing. 

Gavino Tovar Espana, 08/03/2001, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 17 on an outstanding warrant for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Rolando San Miguel, Jr., 09/23/2002 , of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on an outstanding warrant for  prohibited substance/item in correctional facility.

Jalohn Crist, 08/16/1997, of unknown (Texas). Arrested by MBPD on February 17 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Chelcie Amburn, 12/17/1998, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on February 18 and was charged with deadly conduct.

Gavino Tovar Espana, 08/03/2001, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an immigration detainer.

Terrence Zachary Killingsworth, 12/09/1988, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture- for tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.

Ariadna Antonia Perez Avalos, 07/17/2002, of Crosby. Arrested by MBPD on two outstanding warrants for Poseidon of mariijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of a control substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Latesha Marie Harmon, 12/07/1987, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 and was indicted for theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.

Justin Lawrence Ponder, 08/29/1980, of Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 arrested on an outstanding warrant bench warrant and indictment.

Jennifer Lynn Harrison, 08/04/1975, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property  between $2,500 and $30,000.

Brian Keith Leach, 10/22/1968, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 18 on an outstanding warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon while on probation.

Jorge Velazquez Morales, 02/09/1981, of La Marque. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 on an outstanding warrant for oyster size/closed area with 2 plus convictions. Subject was also placed on immigration hold. Subject, also, has an outstanding warrant for oyster regulations.

Noah Johnson, IV., 06/22/1990, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for evading arrest, detention with vehicle.

Tatianna Woods, 10/26/2002, of Highlands. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 19 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for theft of property  between $100 and $750.

Kiera Mickens, 09/03/1994, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on February 20 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, false drug test falsification device, reckless driving, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Honesty Marie Hopkins, 08/16/2005, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on February 21 on an outstanding warrant for prostitution—Harris County.

Nicole Marie Mackey, 11/05/1987, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on February 21 and was charged with unauthorized use of vehicle.

William Howard Bianchi, 11/18/1992, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on February 21 and subject was arrested on two outstanding warrants both for indictments burglary of buildings. Subject also was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.
