There were 57 subjects booked into the Chambers County Jail between August 2 and August 8. These subjects included:

Mary Alice Harmon, 04/20/1988, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 2 and was charged with burglary of vehicle and theft of firearm.

Kylea Guice, 08/30/2003, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on August 2 and was charged with assault causes bodily injury family member and evading arrest detention.

David Dean Demoss, 06/03/1993, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 2 on an outstanding warrant for illegal dumping between 5 and 500 pounds.

Pedro Alvarez, 10/06/1995, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on August 3 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container in vehicle.

Lilliana Mendez, 01/05/1986, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 3 and was charged with theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more prior convictions.

Jeffrey D. Van, 03/26/1969, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 3 on an outstanding warrant for assault of family/household member impeding breathing.

Jeremy Richardson, 07/15/1989, of. Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 3 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Melissa Baker Scott, 09/25/1968, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on August 3 on three outstanding warrants four fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, theft between $30,000 and $150,000, and for theft/aggravated between $2,500 and $30,00. Subject, also, was charged with failure to identify as fugitive.

 Shelby Lynn Hollaway, 04/21/1994, of Baytown. Arrested bya sheriff’s deputy on August 3 on an outstanding warrant for credit card or debit card abuse.

Jacob Aaron Potetz, 10/31/1993, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 4 on an outstanding warrant for accident involving damage to vehicle. 

Jason Michael San Miguel, 02/15/1993, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 4 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture of manufacture deliver of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams.

Matthew Kyle Martin, 07/15/198y8, of Dayton. Arrested by DPS on August 4 on an outstanding warrant for assault causes bodily injury.

Dauny Mejia, 12/06/1999, of Clarkton, NC. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 4 and was charged with evading arrest detention and immigration detainer.

Kaleb Allen Hand, 10/26/2005, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 4 and was charged with criminal trespass.

Ashley Dolores Bailes, 07/23/1989, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 4 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram while on probation.

Kara Ann Bagent, 08/18/1979, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy’s  on August 4 on an outstanding warrant for theft of property between $100 and $750.

Justin Ibarra, 07/19/2004,of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on August 4 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 1 and 4 grams, unlawful carrying of a weapon, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. 

Susan Jade Ramirez, 09/24/1978, of Houston. Arrested by DPS on August 5 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Kirk Alpalmer Telemaque, 07/25/1992, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 5 on two outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams and for an indictment for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Kaylie Richardson, 07/10/2001, of Dayton. Arrested by DPS on August 5 and was charged with assault peace officer/judge, driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container in vehicle, and assault public servant.

Daniel Garnier, 06/15/1994, of Richmond. Arrested by DPS on August 5 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less  than 1 gram and for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram.

Mersades Dion Wells, 02/26/1992, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 5 on an outstanding warrant for theft less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Juan Carlos Lara, 10/04/1967, of McAllen. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 5 on two outstanding warrants for assault family member impeding breathing and for assault family member.

 Allen Chenault, 07/07/2009, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 5 on two outstanding warrants for criminal trespass of habitation/shelter and for criminal mischief between $750 and $2,500.

Daniel Alexander Solis, 05/26/2004, of Donna. Arrested by DPS on August 6 and was charged with reckless driving.

John Carlos Sanchez, 10/21/1988, of Winnie. Arrested by DPS on August 6 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more.

Angela Pricell Terry, 07/15/1985, of Dayton. Arrested a sheriff’s deputy on August 7 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of a controlled substance  penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Hannah Murphree Johnson, 03/07/1993, of Lexington, KY. Arrested by DPS on August 7 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Mickie Martin Griffin, 06/15/1975, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 7  and was charged with public intoxication.

Brian Russell Green, 07/13/1974, of Winnie. Arrested by DPS on August 7 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 2nd offense.

Meghan Laquesha Reid, 06/02/1988, of Beach City. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on August 7 on two outstanding warrants for driving while intoxicated 2nd offense and driving while license invalid with prior conviction/suspension. And, on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for prohibited substance substance/item in a correctional facility.

Christopher Charles Tyson, 10/16/1975, of Kemah. Arrested by MBPD on August 7 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams, and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.

Kevon Brady, 08/31/2007, of New Oreans, LA. Arrested by DPS on August 7 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

Claresha Woods, 07/28/1999, of Winnie. Arrested by DPS on August 7 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.
