Nicholas James Toliver, 02/07/1995, of Unknown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 19 and was charged with public intoxication.

Kristopher Courtney, 07/23/1996, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on April 19 and was charged with abandon/endanger child INDVwith intent.

Shawn Michael Tanner, 08/03/1996, of Liberty. Arrested by MBPD on April 19  and was charged with theft of property less than $2,500 with 2 or more previous convictions.

Logan Christopher Dortch, 12/13/1988, of Columbia, LA. Arrested by MBPD on April 20 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams, false drug test falsification device, and possession of a dangerous drug.

Johny Lee Nelson, 11/20/2002, Lecompte, LA. Arrested by DPS on April 20 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than two ounces.

Reginald Richard, 12/21/1986, of Channelview. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 20 on an outstanding warrant for driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/W/O.

Pearlie A. Lavergne, 07/14/1973, of Hankamer. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 20 and was charged witih public intoxication.

David Herrera, 08/16/1992, of Pasadena. Arrested by DPS on April 20 on an outstanding warrant for unlawfully carrying weapon.Subject, also, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Leroy Thompson, Jr.,11/13/1962, of Hankamar. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 20 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Jose Alejandro Aguirre, 06/19/2005, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on April 21 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Ismael Andres Garza, 05/08/1998, of Detroit, MI. Arrested by MBPD on April 21 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 between 4 and 400 grams.

Desean James Boyd, 12/03/1966, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on April 21 on an outstanding warrant for forgery financial instrument.

Kristen Charlene Hester, 09/24/1998, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 22 on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram. Subject, also, was charged with false drug test falsification device.

Hamid Khorramnezhad, 04/21/1969, of Los Angeles, CA. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on April 22 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft of theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000.

Joseph David Wilson, 03/23/1994, of Spring. Arrested by MBPD on April 22 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 1 gram and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Edward Joe Garza, 05/28/2002, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on April 22 and was charged with evading arrest detention/with vehicle.
