Sharon McCurdy, business development manager and marketing director for South Land Title Company, brought her team from Crystal Beach to Winnie last week to meet with local real estate professionals. Rhonda Devillier, President of Prosperity Bank in Winnie, sponsored the gathering.
Dozens of people attended and mingled while presenting information about their specific business. McCurdy welcomed everyone with a message that every real estate transaction needs a professional title company to ensure a “clean” bill of sale.
