Little Thoughts October 16th, 2024

Years ago I was told of a short cut to an out of the way place that took me down a nice paved road that became a bad paved road and finally became a dirt road. It got kind of gloomy before I arrived at my destination. It actually was a time saving shortcut that worked, but I had little confidence while using it and many questions and doubts. Such is our journey through life. We don’t always know if we are going the right way or where we are going to end up. We could have made a wrong turn or misunderstood the directions. We need to be confident in God. We gain confidence in God by knowing and standing on His Word. He is doing a wonderful job running the universe every day, but also every day there are things happening that cause us to have doubts. We have many questions but also need to have a strong faith in God. Choose to believe in Him. “My Lord is my light and salvation. Whom shall I fear?”(Psalm 27:1) No one. We make mistakes and are ignorant and blind to much but keep going with God. He will never let you down.
