Lady Panthers Volleyball Ranked First in District (District 2-0, Overall 20-14)

  The Lady Panthers hosted the East Chambers Lady Bucs on Tuesday, September 17th and with a clean sweep (25-21, 25-15, 27-25).

  Stats for the game are as follows: #1 Ashton Rose 1 kill, and 1 dig; #2 Abby Foster 1 kill, 5 aces, 2 digs, and 17 assists; #3 Maylee Wilcox 3 kills, and 5 aces; #5 Callie Henicke 4 digs; #7 Madison Willis 1 block; #9 Gabby Palacios 3 digs; #11 Cyann Cook 3 kills, 2 aces, and 2 digs; #14 Avery Smith 2 digs, and 1 assist; and #15 Meg Kreuzer 10 kills, 2 aces, 5 blocks, and 1 dig.

  The Lady Panthers played at home again on Friday, September 20th as they hosted the Deweyville Lady Pirates and won again in a clean sweep (25-14, 25-18, 25-11).

  Stats for the game are as follows: #1 Ashton Rose 8 kills, 2 aces, and 10 digs; #2 Abby Foster 5 aces, 2 blocks, 6 digs, and 16 assists; #3 Maylee Wilcox 2 aces, and 4 digs; #4 Rai’Ana Lewis 2 kills, and 1 dig; #5 Callie Henicke 1 dig; #7 Madison Willis 2 kills; #9 Gabby Palacios 1 kill, 1 ace, and 4 digs; and #11 Cyann Cook 3 kills, 1 ace, and 1 dig.

  The Lady Panthers traveled to Buna on Tuesday, September 24th to take on the Lady Cougars and came home with the win 3-2. The Anahuac Lady Panthers will be on the road again on Friday, September 27th, as they travel to Kirbyville to take on the Lady Wildcats with the Varsity game starting at 4:30pm.
