  The Lady Bucs hosted the High Island Lady Cardinals on Tuesday, August 20th. The Lady Bucs won in three sets.

  Stats for the game are as follows: Mallory Frederick 6 aces, 3 kills, 16 assists, 6 digs Carley Cook 4 aces, 1 kill, 2 assists, 4 digs Jayda Leday 2 aces, 6 kills, 1 dig Kyra Perryman 1 ace, 10 kills, 2 digs Mckenzie Tinkle 1 ace, 1 kill, 1 assist, 2 digs Gracie McDaniel 2 kills, 1 dig Zoe Selby 1 ace, 3 kills, 3 digs Jimena Vargas 1 assist, 6 digs

  The Lady Bucs then traveled to Tarkington on Thursday, August 22nd – Saturday, Augusrt 24th where they competed in the Tarkington Tournament. They finished the tournament 4-4. The Lady Bucs defeated Cleveland 25-17, 27-29, 16-14; Tarkington 25-9, 25-15; Goodrich 25-5, 25-17; and West Hardin. They lost to West Fork 18-25, 12-25; Vidor 22-25, 21-25; Dayton; and New Waverly 25-18, 19-25, 6-15.

  The Lady Bucs traveled to Dayton to take on the Lady Broncos on Tuesday, August 27th. Their next home game will be Friday, August 30th against the Vidor Lady Pirates with the Varsity game starting at 4:30pm. On Tuesday, September 3rd, the Lady Bucs will travel to Evadale to take on the Lady Rebels with the JV game starting at 4:30pm.
