There were 54 subjects booked into the Chamber County Jail between July 19 and July 25. These subjects included:

Sequoyah Denay Taylor, 04/05/2002, of Baton Rouge, LA. Arrested by DPS on July 19 and was charged with failure to identify giving false/fictitious statements.

Aliyah Faith Miranda, 11/26/2001, of Angleton. Arrested by MBPD on July 19 on an outstanding warrant and bond forfeiture for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Joseph Fernandez, 10/22/2007, of Pasadena. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 19 and was charged with assault causes bodily family.

Jose Cardenas, 05/05/2009, of Baytown. Arrested by BPD on July 19 and was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Ramiro Anzua, 03/13/1985, of Beaumont. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 19 and was charged with burglary of building and unlawful use of criminal instrument.

Juan Jose Velazco, 03/31/2005, of Lumberton. Arrested by DPS on July 19 and was charged with driving while intoxicated with open alcohol container in vehicle.

Tomas Jesus  Moraida, Jr., 09/28/1969. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 20 and was charged with burglary of building and unlawful use of criminal instrument. Subject, also, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for burglar of habitation. 

Evan Boden, 06/11/1996, of Nederland. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 20 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams while on probation.

Micah Benjamin Carlisle, 08/16/1983, of Dayton. Arrested by MBPD on July 20 and was charged with driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Aaron Ray Landram, 05/26/1fo993, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 20 on an outstanding warrant  for possession with intent to promote child pornography.,

John Lee Hudson, Jr., 08/08/1989, of Forest Park, GA. Arrested by DPS on July 21 and was charged with reckless driving and driving while intoxicated 2nd offense. 

Everett Boyd Baranosky, 12/30/1990, of Channelview. Arrested by MBPD on July 21 and was charged with fraudulent use/possession of identifying information and tampering/fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair.

Steven Gerald Barron, 02/14/1983, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on an outstanding warrant for terroristic threat of family/household member.

Emmanuel Andrew Espinosa, 07/14/1999, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on four bond forfeitures and outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 <28grams, for driving while intoxicated, for driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension, and, lastly, for false drug test falsification test.

Desmond Rasean Malveaux, 06/16/1995, of Stowell. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on an outstanding warrant for terroristic threat against peace officer.

Timothy Turner, 11/29/1965, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on three outstanding warrants  for criminal mischief between $2,500 and $30,000, engaging in organized criminal activity, and theft of material aluminum/bronze/copper.

Carolyn Lynn Simek, 03/07/1969, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on an outstanding warrant and indictment for theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000.

Arron Ray Landrum, 05/26/1993, of Anahuac. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on an outstanding warrant for possession of child pornography.

Arrested by MBPD on July 21 and was charged with display expired registration, failure to signal turn, failure to drive in single lane, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, and tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

Everett Boyd Baranosky, 12/30/1990, of Channelview. Arrested by MBPD on July 21 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent ent to impair.

Shannon Lee Fencil, 11/21/1975, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 21 on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Marvin Arel Garcia, 12/18/1997, of Baytown. Arrested by DPS on July 21 and was charged with driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more and driving with license invalid with previous conviction/suspension.

Jose Placido Garcia, 10/05/1964, of Baytown. Arrested by MBPD on July 23 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 <28grams and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 less than 2 ounces.

Michael Ray Santos, 04/19/1998, of Unknown. Arrested by DPS on July 23 and was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Jose Carlos Rojas, 09/27/1979, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 23 on an outstanding warrant for driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more.

Haven Marie McQueen, 07/30/1999, of Glendale, AZ.  Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy  on July 23 on an outstanding warrant for tamper with government record defraud.

Noberto Guzman, Jr., 08/17/1983, of Hemphill. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 23  on an outstanding warrant and bond revoked for driving while intoxicated 3rd offense or more.

Julius Devon Willis, 12/17/1997, of Houston. Arrested by MBPD on July 24 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 1 and 4 grams.

Esiquo Ramirez, 12/04/2002, of Houston. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 24 and was charged with possession of marijuana between 2 and 4 ounces.

Jose Carlos Rojas, 09/27/1979, of Baytown. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 24 and was charged with parole violation.

Atwuan Dayne Denton, 10/21/1998, of Winnie. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 24 on three outstanding warrants for sex offenders duty to register lifetime and for two warrants both for indecency with a child by sexual contact.

Wallace Dewayne Payne, 05/05/1960, of Dayton. Arrested by a sheriff’s deputy on July 24 on two outstanding bond forfeiture warrants for  possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between 4 and 200 grams and theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000. Subject was also arrested on two bench warrants for theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000 and for criminal attempt.

Timothy Leon Sonnier, Jr.,08/03/1981, of Beaumont. Arrested by DPS on July 25 and was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
